Gina M. Wilson, MS,  is the founder and principal of System Strategies Consulting and Coaching.  Gina is a holistic executive coach and technology-driven management consultant, whose broad work spans the healthcare industry, information technology, small businesses, large corporations, government and non-profits, higher education,  adults and students .  She is the author of two books, ‘Fearless First Year’, and ‘Skills That Build’, published by Bayfront Press and available worldwide.

Founding System Strategies in 1993,  as a boutique management consulting firm specializing in healthcare information technology, Gina led large technology projects and developed custom software solutions to integrate and augment system functionality.  With continued interest in leadership psychology,  Gina pursued formal training as a Coach though the ICF and continued her coach training at Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital Institute of Coaching.  In 2012, Gina founded Empowerment Strategies as a provider of coaching and workshop services, then in 2019 merged the two operations to become System Strategies Consulting and Coaching, offering comprehensive consulting, professional development, leadership training and executive coaching services.

Gina holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Villanova University,  and received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.  Her Master’s thesis, ‘Locus of Control as a Predictor of Employee Performance’  inspired her continued interest in job performance and satisfaction,  cognition, motivation and management.

Gina taught psychology at the college level and has been a guest speaker at the University of Pennsylvania,  University of Delaware, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Villanova University, Delaware Society for Human Resources Management, numerous industry conferences and community groups.  Her workshops and coaching draw from the latest research in cognitive, social and positive psychology, leadership and neuroscience.  Gina also provides private coaching for individuals and groups to help others develop sustainable strategies for personal and professional growth.

Gina lives in Hockessin, Delaware with her husband, Kevin, and spends much of her time in their Fenwick Island home.  An avid paddleboarder, Gina is inspired by blue skies, beach and bay views.
